some nude shots!

No not nubile females but 6mm mdf figures in the raw. I thought I would post these after being asked what they look like out of the box. So here they are

I have to insist that getting a decent paint job is fairly easy because of the flat surface and the minimal detail etched onto the MDF. This shows if you click on the photos to see them at full size.

  1. Thanks for these. Very useful to see what you get straight out of the box as it were.

  2. Wow. It's amazing what can be achieved out of wood.
I've painted 6mm Napoleonics by Baccus6mm & Adler in the past and both proved difficult on occasion due to the sculpted form.

    1. I found the cast figures over detailed and difficult to paint . I can complete an MDF unit in about a quarter of the time a metal one takes me.

  3. I have to agree when he sent me his first figures i was very sceptical about just what he could do. Having now seen and painted the cavalry I am just blown away.

    1. I'm not sure if he is selling direct or not but he has quite a few pictures on the website. I think he is worried about not being able to maintain his output and letting folks down. He has been selling at a couple of shows and they went down a storm. I think an e mail to him will get results and he sells to those who inquire but don't take that as gospel. his mail is commission at btinternet dot com
